1. Εισαγωγή
By making a reservation, guests of Pirin Golf Villas confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all guests staying in the two villas of the complex, regardless of who made the reservation.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available after 15:00.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible only upon prior arrangement and subject to availability.
3. Minimum Stay and Reservations
The minimum stay is two nights.
The complex reserves the right to change prices and minimum stay requirements during official holidays or high season periods.
Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is required upon reservation confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before check-in. All prices include tourist tax and VAT.
4. Cancellations and Deposits
If a reservation is cancelled up to ten days before check-in, the paid amount may be used as a deposit for a future reservation within six months.
If a reservation is cancelled less than ten days before check-in, fifty percent of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining amount may be used as a deposit for a future reservation within three months.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the prepaid amount will be retained in full.
In case of early departure, the full reservation amount remains payable.
5. Guests and Capacity
The maximum number of guests must not exceed the villa capacity of eight persons per villa.
Additional guests or persons not included in the reservation are allowed only with prior approval from the owner.
6. Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Parties, excessive noise, and illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of drugs, prostitution, gambling, fireworks, weapons, or similar activities.
Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be charged in case of smoking indoors.
8. Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by pets and for any additional cleaning fees.
9. Cleaning and Maintenance
Guests are required to take reasonable care of the property and its furnishings.
Waste must be disposed of in designated areas.
Excessive mess or failure to leave the villa in reasonable condition may result in additional charges.
10. Security
All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property.
Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended. The owner is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
11. Responsibility for Children
Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children during their stay.
12. Contact in Case of Issues
In case of any issues or concerns during the stay, guests must immediately notify the owner or an authorized representative.
