Pirin Golf Villas offers two independent villas, located next to each other.
When booking, you select one entire villa, suitable for up to 8 guests.
The displayed price is per villa per night, not per person.
Please familiarize yourself with the main rules.
Accommodation Terms:
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Guests and Accommodation

Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the villa.

Additional guests are allowed only with prior approval.

The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
Noise and Events

No parties, gatherings, or events allowed.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Pirin Golf & Country Club rules).
Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

A cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
