Гостите трябва да потвърдят часа на настаняване предварително.

Само гостите, посочени в резервацията, имат право да пребивават във вилата.

Довеждането на незаявени гости или допълнителни лица не е разрешено без одобрение.

Максималният брой настанени не може да надвишава посочения в резервацията.

Партита, шумни събирания или събития са строго забранени.

Часове на тишина: 22:00 – 08:00 (според правилата на Pirin Golf & Country Club).

Нарушенията могат да доведат до извеждане от вилата без право на възстановяване на сумата.

Пушенето **НЕ** е разрешено във вилата.

Пушенето е разрешено само на открито.

Такса за почистване от 200 EUR се начислява, ако се установи пушене във вилата.

Домашни любимци се допускат само с предварително одобрение.
Ако са разрешени:

Може да се начисли такса за почистване при домашни любимци.

Гостите са отговорни за всякакви щети, причинени от домашни любимци.

Guests are responsible for:

Any damage caused to furniture, appliances, walls, floors, or property

Lost keys (replacement fee: 50 EUR)

Broken dishes, decorations, or electronics

Excessive cleaning required after departure

Damages will be charged from the security deposit or via the payment method used (Stripe / Revolut / PayPal).

Please keep the villa in a reasonable condition.

Trash should be thrown away in designated bins.

Dirty dishes should be washed before checkout.

Excessive cleaning may result in an extra charge.

Guests may use all appliances responsibly.

Turn off oven, stove, fireplace, AC, heaters, and lights when not in use.

Improper use of appliances that causes damage will be billed.

Only approved firewood may be used.

Never leave the fire unattended.

Fire hazards caused by improper use will be charged.

Guests must:

Lock doors and windows when leaving

Not leave valuables unattended

Report any issues immediately

The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Weapons

Commercial photography without approval

Tampering with electrical panels or equipment

Any violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

Towels and linens are provided for use inside the villa only.

Pool towels (if needed) must be requested.

Use at your own risk.

No glassware near water facilities.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Items left behind can be shipped at the guest’s request. Shipping fees apply.

All guests must follow the official Pirin Golf & Country Club community rules and security guidelines.

Guests agree not to file chargebacks for:

Violations of house rules

Noise complaints

Early departure

Dissatisfaction not reported during stay

Cleaning or damage fees

Cancellations outside the refund window

All evidence (photos, communication logs, invoices, security reports) will be provided to the payment processor in case of dispute.

By completing the booking and checking into the villa, the Guest confirms acceptance of:
