Check-in is self check-in with a door code, so you can arrive at any time after 15:00. We send you the code and directions before your arrival.

Yes, the minimum stay is 2 nights. During the New Year holidays the minimum stay is 4 nights.

Prices start from €320 per night for the whole villa – about €40 per person when the villa is fully occupied. The exact price for your dates is shown in the booking form and already includes the local tourist tax.

Booking directly with us gives you the best available price, and you communicate directly with the hosts, without intermediaries. We will also gladly help you arrange a transfer, a private chef or ski equipment.

We have two identical villas. Each villa accommodates up to 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds), a sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace and a private sauna.

Yes. The villas have a fenced garden with green areas and a barbecue area. The complex has 7 playgrounds and various activities are organised for children. For small children we can provide a baby cot – please request it in advance.

Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance that you are bringing a pet.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villas, but you can smoke outside in the yard.

Yes, free private parking is available on site.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in both villas.

Yes. The villas are in a gated complex with 24-hour security and video surveillance.

Breakfast is not included in the price. Homemade breakfast is available at an extra charge – please request it in advance. There is also a restaurant with traditional local cuisine in the complex.

Yes. We can arrange a private driver or a private chef for an extra charge. Please book these services a few days in advance.

We offer a private transfer to the ski slopes in Bansko on advance request. We can also arrange ski equipment rental, a ski instructor and ski packages at preferential rates. These services are charged extra.

Yes. The villas are located in Pirin Golf & Country Club. We can arrange golf lessons with certified instructors and equipment rental for beginners and advanced players.

Yes. Each villa has its own private sauna, and guests of our villas can also use the spa centre of Pirin Golf & Country Club with a 20% discount.
